Why it matters

A community on someone else’s platform is a community you rent.

Most brands start a community on a tool that puts its own logo in the corner, its own name in the URL and its own branding in every notification email. Members learn the platform’s name, not yours, and the moment pricing changes or the product pivots you are moving thousands of people somewhere new.

A whitelabelled community removes that dependency. It runs on your subdomain, sends from your address and looks like part of your product, because as far as your members are concerned it is. The platform underneath is our problem, not something they ever have to know about.

What you get

Everything included

Everything below works out of the box, with no custom development required.

  • Every surface carries your brand

Logo, colour palette, typography, corner radius, favicon and email templates. The community header, the notification emails and the mobile web experience all match your existing design, down to the button shape.

  • Your domain, your certificate

Runs on a subdomain you control, such as community.yourbrand.com. We handle the certificate and renewal. Notification email sends from your address with SPF and DKIM configured, so it lands in the inbox rather than promotions.

  • The full community toolkit

Feed, groups, threaded discussion, live chat, events with RSVPs, a searchable member directory, paid memberships and a newsletter. Turn any section off if you do not want it, and rename any of them to match your own language.

  • Roles that match how your team works

Owner, admin, moderator, host, member and guest by default, and you can add your own. Permissions are set per group, so a regional lead can moderate their chapter without seeing anyone else’s.

  • The agent layer, built in

All six agents run inside the community from day one. Members see helpful replies and a welcome that feels personal. Your team sees a control room with a full log of every action and the reason behind it.

  • Analytics that answer a real question

Health score per account, sentiment across the last hundred messages, top contributors, activity per group and a churn list every Monday. Exportable, and available through the API on Premium and above.

  • Every content type your members will reach for

Text posts, threaded discussion, images, video, short form clips, documents, polls and links. Uploads are transcoded and served from a CDN, so a member on a poor connection still gets something that plays.

  • Events, RSVPs and reminders

Create events with capacity limits, ticketing through Stripe, calendar invites and automatic reminders. The Engagement Agent chases the people who saved an event but never confirmed.

  • Channels, groups and private spaces

Public channels for anyone, groups for a topic, private spaces for a paying tier or a chapter. Membership can be manual, by purchase, by tier or by wallet, and each space has its own moderators.

  • Loyalty points, synced or built for you

If you already run a points programme, we sync balances so members see and spend them inside the community. If you do not, we can stand one up here and earn rules are yours to define.

Loyalty points

Your loyalty points, living inside the community

Points only work when members can see them where they already spend their attention. A balance buried in an account page nobody visits does not change behaviour. Bringing it into the community means it shows up next to the thing people are already doing.

  • Already run a programme? We sync balances both ways with Shopify, Stripe, Smile.io, LoyaltyLion and Yotpo, so there is one number and it is always current.
  • No programme yet? We can stand one up inside the community and you define the earn rules.
  • Earn for community actions as well as orders. Answering a question, posting a review with a photo or hosting an event can all be worth points.
  • Spend on what you choose. Discounts at checkout, event tickets, early access to a drop, or entry to a members only group.
  • Balances show on the member profile and in the feed, and the Insights Agent tells you which earn rule actually drives repeat orders.

Getting started

How it goes live

  1. 1

    Point a subdomain at us

One CNAME record. We issue and renew the certificate, and configure email authentication so your notifications send from your own address.

  2. 2

    Load your brand

Upload a logo, pick a palette and choose corner style. The preview updates as you go, so you can see the community in your own brand before anyone else does.

  3. 3

    Choose your sections and roles

Switch on the parts you want, rename them in your own language and set who can do what. Most teams finish this in under an hour.

  4. 4

Turn on the agents and invite people

Start every agent on approve mode so nothing goes out without a look. Move the safe ones to auto once you trust them, usually inside a week.

Included with this solution

  • Feed, groups, events, chat and newsletter out of the box
  • Custom roles, permissions and member directory

Questions

Whitelabelled Website specifics

Will members ever see the NbliK name?

No. Not in the interface, not in the URL, not in notification emails, and not in the mobile experience. The only place our name appears is in your own admin billing screen.

Can we migrate an existing community?

Yes. Members, posts and groups import from most platforms including Discourse, Circle and Discord. We keep post history and authorship, so threads stay searchable and nobody loses their reputation.

What if we outgrow the standard layout?

Move to the in app SDK to embed the community inside your product, or to a custom app for something built around your own workflows. The data, the members and the agents come with you.
